Summary/Abstract: Republic Geodetic Authority of Serbia is a special organization that carries out technical affairs and government administration in law. If the area of local government records of real estate cadastre conducted in accordance with applicable regulations, then the citizens, as end-users, allows undisturbed exercise of their property rights: the registration of the land, buildings, residential buildings, commercial premises, etc.. Unified management system real estate record, of the registry, begun in the Republic of Serbia in 1988 when it enacted the Law on surveying and cadastre and registration of rights on real estate properties and rights to them, to the modernization of the system of keeping a continued adoption of the new Law on Survey and Cadastre and registration of rights on real estate properties and rights to them in 2009. Modernization and office procedures Department is unified, but his job as its commonality in the work and did not receive all of the Service Protection Registry Materials and archival materials in the field. Professional inspections are irregular, varying access to registry offices and are treated differently at work from one synonymous registry system. The paper points to the indicated other shortcomings by archives and registry in the implementation of the Act.
