Authors propose foreign countries experience to develop biomass clusters, indicate such type cluster structure, who dominate various countries. Also indicate main ranges, which making researches, related with biomass clusters competitive and benefit creation increase. Systemize all information prescribe synergy effects, which comprise developing biomass cluster, when therein participate business and science institutions.
