The relations with the offices of state, then local and regional (regional) governments, and numerous citizens, have contributed to the growing importance of archives and reputation in society. Working with multiple higher number of citizens, and users of archives, and changed the consciousness of citizens of the archives “of the institution that just keeps old papers” to institutions that care for the needy citizens of valuable documents and institutions that daily provides services to citizens and help them in achieving their rights.
