Summary/Abstract: Taking into account the new social changes of the nowadays society we have to consider that this thing determines important problems on the field of religion at the workplace; even if we are speaking about the public working relations, which are subordinated to constitutional principles und the following of the public interest, or on the field of private working relations, where do rule the contract freedom and the follow of particular interests.That’s why we will try to make in this material a presentation of the situation from an interdisciplinary perspective of this phenomena in the context in which freedom and equality do represent the fundament for the Constitution of every democratic country. We will try to propose some models for the relations inside the working relations between the employer and the employee by taking into account the religious element for each of them.
