Summary/Abstract: In Poland, as in entire Europe, ageing of society can be observed. Activation of the elderly population and caring for their good state of health by maintaining physical and psychological fitness is, therefore, essential. The publication is focused on subjective assessment of the state of health and measurement of Healthy Life Years in Poland.
