Summary/Abstract: The goal of this paper is to analyze state-of-art of e-learning in Polish institutions of tertiary education. The article contains basic information about Polish higher education institutions that implemented e-learning tools and techniques. Both, public and non-public were taken into considerations. Initiatives of particular units of institutions weren’t described. Authors presented models of e-learning in several higher education institutions. Also e-learning place in organization, according to the main and additional activities of institutions, was analyzed.
