Summary/Abstract: The study deals with the analysis of the different periods of Soviet rule and the different attitudes toward the revolutionary movement outside the borders of Soviet Union. The author argues that in most of the cases the Soviets were very suspicious to any revolutionary attempt and very carefull in characterizing the country as the socialist one. He makes a definition of the basic labels that were used for the characteristics of the development of particular systems as "the state of national democracy", "the state of revolutionary democracy", "the state of socialist orientation", which in fact determined the level of Soviet activities and support. He also interprets the basic theoretical discussions about the revolutionary movements during Soviet period since Lenin and Gorbachev.
