Summary/Abstract: The article presents the modern and most used in the praxis methods for personnel recruitment in Bulgaria and European context. Introduces are methods as interviews, different tests, assessment center and the possibility and the need of their implementation in more organizations in Bulgaria. Discussed are advantages and disadvantages of different methods. Introduced are some of the practices in personnel recruitment of an international company in Bulgaria.
