Summary/Abstract: Scholarly research reveals strong correlations between the perpetrator’s criminal conduct, generic criminal laws, the proper role of penal law in public policy, and the critical analysis of penal law. The purpose of this paper is to gain a deeper understanding of the suppression of organized crime, the development of preventative civil measures, and conventional wisdoms of crime.
