Summary/Abstract: The interests of the students in distance form studies are analysed in the paper. Using interview of this field experts these interests have been identified. The analyzed classical distance learning environment and the results have been compared with the interests of the students using comparative analysis. A distance learning environment analysis model susceptible for the evaluation of the environment considering students’ interests was done. The separated functions of the lecturer, guaranteeing the distance learning process efficiency, are proposed.
