Summary/Abstract: This article presents the personality of the Viktor Felber, professor of technical mechanics at the Czech Technical University in Prague. Felber was an original thinker and social critic active in the ethocratic movement of the 1920s. He published several works on the subject of a unified national state based on ethical principles. In the aftermath of assassination of Reichsprotektor Reinhard Heydrich, Felber was executed on June 2, 1942, as an activist of the National Revolutionary Committee of Intellectuals and anti-Nazi resistance member.
