Summary/Abstract: The economic efficiency of investments is expressed in the investment action conceptual plan. This fact permits to the economic effcacy of investments to receive the simbolic expression of the effort –effect – effort ratio, which is requested by the investment activity. The existence of the disparty in time, between the effort and the effects of investments, is an important argument for taking into consideration within the economic efficiency of investment accounts, the influence of the time factor into the different stages of development and regarding the necessity of using the cost updating techniques and the incomes of the investment projects.
