Summary/Abstract: Globalization led to managerial system change, the manger being compelled to keep abreast of innovations in the field, occurring at world level, of market evolution tendencies and even development perspectives of global competitors. The process of economic globalization is the result of innovation and technological progress, which refers to the increase of integration of world economies, particularly due to trade and financial flows. Also, the process of globalization relates to the workforce and technology across borders.
