The sub-system of acquisition of means and the institutional-legal sub-system within the system of financing of ecological enterprises

Summary/Abstract: In the first part of the paper, the development and the significance of the theory of systems are presented. Next, the basic sub-systems within the system of financing ecological enterprises are discussed. Then, a matrix of connections between the sub-system of acquisition of means and the institutional-legal system is formed. Three types of connections (couplings) were examined: legal – relating to a larger number of subjects, administrative – relating to one subject, and financial – relating to flows of financial means. The analysis of the matrix, which was carried out, proved a large-scale centralization within the sub-systems.
