Summary/Abstract: Intention of the paper is to help wide audience and professional to better comprehend and understand the behavior of a cartel. We discuss some steps that can be used in order to save money of the investors, maximize competition and at the same time, hamper the operation of cartels. We analyzed the specific methods used to detect suspicious behavior in a competitive market, as well as how to report suspicions of various anti-monopoly bodies. The paper provides practical advice and warning signs of collusion, as well as illustrative hypothetical examples of how and when you need to report specific cases to anti-monopoly bodies.
