Decision dilemma of the management of the employee companies

Summary/Abstract: The article tries to analyze one of the decision dilemmas in a very narrowly defined situation in which there are companies with highly dispersed employee ownership. The main aim is to present insoluble situations and decision challenges which the management is faced with. The basis of this article is the analysis of employee companies cases; which at the same time need to be restructured (the observation and participation was used in the research). Decision dilemmas were described using chosen economic theories; among which there were the concepts of game theory and ethical experiments (e.g. “the dollar auction game”; “tragedy of the commons”; “trolley problem”).
