Summary/Abstract: Kubrat’s state consist of Unnogundurian union and also Bulgar and Cotrag tribes. By the author opinion, Unnogundurian union was war and politic heart of Kubrat’s state, but Bulgar tribes are more numerous. Term Unnogundur/Unogundur seemingly is composite – Vunna+Gundur, where first element is Ogurian (cf. Tchuvash. ‘vunna’) or Common Turkic numeral ‘ten’, and second one is name of big war and administrative part. Etymology of second part are not clear. By the author opinion, the term w.n.n.t.r of Letter by Josef are not sufficient letter ‘gimel’ since consonant form *w.n.g.n.t.r / *w.nn.g.n.t.r has conformity in Byzantine form.
