Optimization of public administration institutions operating by cooperation within a network

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the matters regarding possibilities of increasing efficiency of the way the public administration offices operate. The author analyzes the idea of network governance from a public institution’s perspective. Thus, he puts into scrutiny modern concepts of public administration governance, pinpointing principles and postulates concerning network cooperation. As a consequence, the author depicts conditions and advantages of adapting the model in public offices in Poland.
