Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the considerations connected on one hand with such issues as paradoxes; antinomies; dichotomies; dualities; and on the other with the concept of micro-foundations in strategic management. The purpose of the paper is to present three following selected managerial social attitudes from the dual perspective: conformity versus non-/anti-conformity; indvidualizm versus collectivism and proactivity versus indifferentism as well as to ask the question: Are social attitudes really dual; or might their particular ostensibly antinomous or dychotomous characteristics overlap? The method that has been used is literature review and the interference is deductive. The main conclusion is that particlar attitudes presented might be on one continuum scale and their particular bipolar characteristics are neither antinomous nor dichotomous one to another and might overlap each other.
