Summary/Abstract: The article undertakes the issue of knowledge management in organizations. The main research perspective involves the significance of the contextual space; especially the concept of ba space; introduced by Japanese management theorists. The elaboration is also a contribution to the systematization of selected approaches related to knowledge management based on constructivist-oriented knowledge.
