Summary/Abstract: The contemporary family faces many challenges. Divorce is one of the most serious problems in our society. It is caused by different stresses with which the family must deal. The “Song of Songs” offers hope in resolving such stresses. It proposes a different way of life as opposed to the trials of modern marriage: love, sacrifice and enduring passion.
