Summary/Abstract: The learning of the Roman Catholic Church is pointing out to the absolute protection of the conceived life. The discussed issues associated with the penalty of excommunication for making abortion and the relation of norms of the Canon Law will stay in the article to provisions being in force in Poland. The issues associated with the possibility of making abortion in view of the absolute ban of for her making the Canon Law on land will be recommended. Moreover an issue of duties of the doctor to becoming known of premises to conducting the legal abortion and pointing at laws he therefore is entitled to which will also be addressed.
