Summary/Abstract: The article presents the unfolding of one activity that took place inside the „Social Economy-real chances for a better life” project: a training program for support advisors and assistants in the Social Economy field. Describing this activity consists on a presentation of the practical training that took place in Italian Social Enter- prises, emphasizing several experiences aimed at enriching the knowledge of parti- cipants with information and models of good practice from Milano area. The professionalism of the road openers is given by the ones they chose to guide, in the present situation by those who choose the road from social inclusion to social cohesion.
