Summary/Abstract: In the paper a theoretical concept of the neurosciences and particularly, neurodidactics, based on the cognitivistics and involving the recent results of the human brain studies and connected with them a theory of thinking processes, have been presented. What was taken into account was a type of intelligence represented by a learner, an emotional intelligence creating in a didactic process the right psycho‑emotional states, modality, and the shaped styles of learning. Practical implementation of the neurodidactics concept at all the levels of teaching in learning society can be an effective means against a weakness of the Polish school, reflecting in the results of the PIRLS and PISA tests, diagnosing the functional skills of the students.
