Summary/Abstract: These are reviews of two books related to Roma literature and poetry. The first book is an introduction and an overwiev of Roma poetry. Authors presented the whole spectrum of Roma poetry, from collective Roma poetry to poets and authors of the present time. Authors state that these poems reflect the need to write and memorise the sorrows and well as the happiness of Roma people. The other book is from Rozalija Ilić (the same one who prepared and edited the first book, together with her sister Emilija). This is the book of poetry in which she reflects her longing to come back to the Roma Homeland. She writes from the position of a young girl, child and about her dreams of her future life confronted with reality.
