Summary/Abstract: This study includes six case-law notes, developed on the basis of six final judgments before February the 1st, 2014. The first three of these notes broach material law issues, and the next three broach procedural law issues. Being in a moment of change, concerning the criminal legislation, it appears necessary and natural the attempt to justify the utility for the future of this material. I think that such an utility exists, given the following two reasons: - first, some of the old materials and procedural provisions, relevant in the commented cases, are identical in the new legislation. Therefore, its interpretation and enforcement will be the same in the future; - second, some of the old material provisions, also relevant in the commented cases, are more favorable for the defendant, comparing to the new legislation. Therefore, it will be enforced in the future, in those transient situations, born under the old legislation and judged under the new legislation. I will indicate, at the end of each note, if the relevant provisions are amended or not. In case of amendments, I will show what the modification consist in and which are its consequences, for the future.
