Summary/Abstract: The present paper is an attempt to outline the key metaphors within the Walentin Kanawrow’s “critical trilogy”. My way to develop a proper interpretation of his critical works is based on an investigation if those key metaphors can be useful to show the boundaries of the metaphysical project in question and if they can provoke the investigator’s ability to go further beyond the boundaries of the current virtualistic metaphysical project. In addition, the hypothesis I have proposed is that between the “metaphysics of knowledge” and the “metaphysics of being” there should be developed a kind of metaphysics of the imagination as an intermediate structural level of virtualistic architectonics.
