Summary/Abstract: The transference of the language code, considering the structural differences between languages, causes the contexts of the text to be reformulated during the translation. Poetry, as one of the most problematic issues for translation, is considered as anuntranslatable element. Its form is usually the one that causes part of its contents to be lost. The most common problems include rhymes, rhythm, alliteration, the repetition of some words, etc. The boundaries in translating poetry should be in finding the semantic dominant which should be transferred into the other language, while the rest of the process should depend on the artistic talent of the translator and their sense for poetry.
