Summary/Abstract: The author gives, alongside a short introduction and reference to the position of Umberto Eco upon which it is not possible to create an all-inclusive survey of anything, a list of carefully selected 99 magnificent names of taverns in Serbia which prove, contrary to the elitist opinion, that the spirit of the people is indestructible.
