Summary/Abstract: Experimental examination of mechanical properties of aponeurosis allows to receive empirical data for quantitative measurement of aponeurosis. Based on such research, the paper develops the mathematical methods intended to provide objective information about desirability of endoprosthesis replacement in plastic surgery of hernia defects using the intraoperative tensiometry data.
