Summary/Abstract: n these few lines I will try to review on the Labor Inspection in Perú, themain international rules governing inspection systems internationally standards that were setby the International Labor Organization (hereinafter ILO), an institution which is global andtripartite (gathering representatives of workers, employers and the State) having itsheadquarters for Latin America and the Caribbean in Peru. I will also relate the creation ofSUNAFIL by Law No. 29981 of 15th January 2013, which is a specialized technicalinstitution with functional, administrative and budgetary autonomy, a labor inspection body inour country which has been in operation since 1st April 2014 with a fundamental importance.
