Summary/Abstract: The topic of this paper is the domestic regulation of the right of members of national minorities to use their minority languages in contact with authorities, before courts as well as to multilingual designations which are contained in the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, in the act on rights of members of national minorities, and partially also in many other regulations.
