Summary/Abstract: The article considers the problem of finding ways and approaches to the creation of modern high-tech methodical system of training the humanities, which aims to achieve a high quality of knowledge among the basic school students. The particular attention is devoted to the dialogically-heuristical training, which provides a creative approach to the study of each subject of the humanities, directly affects the formation of the subject competence in a natural way. Stressing the need of the introduction of competency training, the article indicates that the organization of educational process and methods of learning it arises a fundamentally new orientation. Scientists have developed and proved a model of didactic system of successive continuous formation of methodical competence of future teachers, which is based on the use of multimedia learning tools.
