Summary/Abstract: The article deals with topical issues of the institution`s development (Palace of Children (Youth) Creativity) and ensuring the quality of additional education of children in modern conditions. It is proved that the core of the quality management of art education in the municipal institution of additional education of the younger generation should become a value-motivational approach. The basic principles of disclosing its contents are represented.
