Summary/Abstract: Background: This paper focuses on the variant of approach to the equality in educational process through the synthesized way of equality, non-traditionalism and postgenderism.Methods: transfer of the Donna Haraway’s concept to educational mode, analysis of the gender equality situation in Europe, analysis of the historical and mass culture’s relationship towards gender self-determination and the other displays of human nature. Results: the versatility of cyberfeminist concept in contemporary understanding of equality, elicitation of positioning of European gender equality, propositions to improvement the liberal educational process with the fusion of humanities and technics. Conclusions: the hypothetical complementation of educational process in the world is more possible to gain in the practical way with the popularization of the mentioned concept. The more comfortable and beneficial optimization needs to overcome the traditionalism through synthesis of cultures, religious non-neutrality through the secular approach to each problem of self-determination.
