Summary/Abstract: The study deals with the economic history of Bojnice estate between 1707 and 1770. The central and internal management was sophisticated, standard and functional. There were six granges and two sheep farms. The corn economy increased, the corn production and its income expanded. The fruit and vegetable economy developed visibly, the fruitage was stored and registered carefully. The livestock breeding was stabile, animal products were consumed or sold. The production of hay was stabile. The economy of woods was controlled and regulated. Hunting and fishing descended step by step and gave way to the corn economy or gardens. Fishing was stabile and controlled. Craft produtcion developed, the mills, breweries and butcheries were arendared, there were many craftsmen in estate towns, the toll-gate in Nedožery played the important role. Bojnice estate reached a profitability, the main part of expenses was aimed for the private consumption of estate Pálfi owners. Estate helped to develop the economy of the whole country. It proved the typi-cal features of a feudal system, it was a part of the possesion of Pezinok Pálfi family line as its important and economically lucrative component.
