Summary/Abstract: In this text, the author publishes some documents from the fond of the County Government of Drinska Banovina (Archives of Bosnia and Herzegovina), from the file that testifies about police surveillance over a German immigrant Helmut Klose, who came to live in Sarajevo in 1933. In 1937, Klose managed to dodge the police in order to travel to Spain, where he would take part in the Civil War on the side of the antifascists. This dossier, besides bringing up few interesting details, opens up for the researchers the question of existence of German political emigration in the Kingdom of Yugoslavia.
