Summary/Abstract: The Court of Justice of the European Communities is an International Court which certainly contributes to the unified application and interpretations of the regulations and decisions of the European Communities. It shows up as the protector of interests of both European Communities and private persons. As far as its nature is concerned, The Court of Justice of the EC is an International Court as well as an National Court of state members of the European Communities. Its decisions are a specific source ot the "Juridical law" at the national and international level.
