Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article are an analyzes of creation of company values in the context of factors that determine this value and demands for the present managers. The article contains a brief theoretical concept of company values and characteristics that contemporary, young manager should have to create this value. Theoretical analysis was compared with the set of the results of tests carried out by the author. Analysis of the results is contained in point 3 of this text.
