Summary/Abstract: The present paper aims to present, analyse a typology of legal arguments, their description, the relation between their various components, the main reasoning both logical and legal. First of all, the arguments are analysed according to their logical form: inductive and deductive syllogism; then according to their matter: law, fact, emotions, values; and finally according to the nature of relations which they pose: contradiction, identity, inclusion, succession or coexistence. In the final part of the article, I applied the typology of legal arguments on a pleading of criminal law, Aboubacar Barry, victime d’un système : la mauvaise gouvernance.
