Summary/Abstract: SOA implemantation in MPWiK Wrocław S.A. will contribute to the optimization of the costs associated with IT services within the company, as well as increase the efficiency of work in various areas, including the automation of data flow between systems or the activities performed by the employee. The specific steps of HAB and mHAB implementation, have been decribed as an example of practical approach to the problems. The inefficiency of the old system was the result of the lack of appropriate controlling tools.
