Summary/Abstract: The article is presenting the greatest corruption scandal ended in a legal way from the period of Kingdom Yugoslavia. “Našička” company created a chain of corruption, in which took part officials and clerks from all levels of state hierarchy, with aim to spread influence on passing the regulations, to obtain profitable state concessions, to usurp illegally forest regions and to appoint local and other clerks due to business interests.
