Summary/Abstract: Cultural differences can and often make difficult the communication, interpersonal relationships and networking between businesses and mergers of enterprises from different cultures entail new challenges for managers. They are in particular related to cross-cultural management and intercultural communication. The paper aims to show the impact of cultural orientations of business models over the management based on example of China and Sweden. To highlight the differences between these styles the attention has been focused on the characteristics of the most important aspects of Chinese and Swedish management style. The risks of establishing cross cultural fusion have been presented, based on examples of threats that China has already faced.
