Summary/Abstract: Social market economy based on freedom of economic activity, private ownership and solidarity, and dialogue and cooperation between social partners is the foundation of the economic system in the Republic of Poland. The development of the social market economy in Poland operates within the framework of the process called Europeanization, which was initiated by the Europe Agreement followed by the implementation of laws and policies of the European Union.
