Summary/Abstract: Terrorism characterizes the epochs of human society. Beginning of the murders of emperors, kings, generals, statesmen assassination of various levels, the use of explosives, kidnapping etc. Terrorism can be discerned in the earliest human history and as such there is increasing its forms until the present day. Throughout history, people have applied a variety of terrorist tactics. The fascination of terrorism and political violence can be traced practically since the beginning of human civilization. Eventually terrorist acts acquire new dimensions, which become increasingly arrogant and brutal. Modern terrorism has experienced rapid expansion between 1950 and 1970, when the use of violence for political purposes or to raise social awareness has become a popular strategy. In the late decades of the last century, terrorism has spread beyond the borders of nation-states, has become an important expression of political will and international problem. Terrorism as a form of violence, all the more in the modern world jeopardizes both internal and international security
