Summary/Abstract: Starting from a short summary of the doctrinal basis and of the direction of the canon law, the author shows main lines of the pastoral vision of the rights of the family in the Catholic Church. Further he presents a concrete realisation of the mentioned vision in the Catholic Church in the Czech Republic.
