Summary/Abstract: Abstract:Act of crime against theproperty, representa groupof criminal acts, which were performed since ancient times, from the historical pint of view. They represent banned activities, the commission of which is going toachieve acertainproperty gainobtainedin a manner thatis contraryto imperativelegal provisions. Robbery, is oneof the most commonwaysof committing thiscrime, andis manifested by theseizure ofmovable property of anotherwith the intentof obtainingfor himself or anotherunlawful property gain. The way of execution, is reflected through burglary, breaking and overcoming major obstacles, as is done by several persons in a particularly dangerous or brazen manner, by a person who had with him a weapon during the commission or a dangerous instrument, during a fire, flood or earthquake and exploitation of vulnerability, or other severe condition of another person. A special placetakes burglaryinthis system of executionof the criminal act of aggravated theft, given that in the practiceit emerges asitsmost common form.
