Summary/Abstract: On 23 and 24 October 2014, the Faculty of Law of the Pan-European University, Bratislava, had the opportunity to host the International Scientific Conference “Society against terrorism”. The conference itself was preceded by ceremonial session of the Scientific Board of the Pan-European University on the occasion of awarding of the honorary title of Doctor Honoris Causa to Karl von Habsburg – Lothringen.
