Human resource management in the process of building a construction company’s human capital

Summary/Abstract: The article attempts to approach issues regarding human resource management in the process of building human capital. The study has a theoretical and empirical character. The theory uses reference literature as its sources, and the primary sources of empirical data are studies of construction companies carried out by the author using a survey questionnaire. The results indicate that people managing such enterprises underestimate the significance of their own labor capital in the creation of human resource management value in the scope presented in the literature.
