Summary/Abstract: Factors differentiating the amount of alcohol consumption have held interest of researches for many years. The questions: why people drink, why some of them drink less and others much more and why some people are alcoholics and others are not, although they drink similarly, have not been explicitly answered yet. The estimation of factors that influance the amount of beer consumption can be one of many parts of the answer of the above questions. The isolation of beer models consumption is one of many tools in the fight with alcohol additions and it influences treasury policy of the state. In this article the autor triesto present the main factors that can have a significant impact on the quantitative consumption of beer in Polish households. In order to achieve this goal he uses advanced statistical methods of dataanalysis.
